Well, i stoped to play Counter Strike for 6 Months, and when somebody conviced me to play again, i was playing with Human Body FPS (24 Fps, something like that...), i dont know why this happened, but before this i was playing with 60/70 FPS...

Can anybody advice me some Rates or something like that?

BTW: I turned off V-Sync, and it runs as the same shit...! -.-'

u need better computer or u can check u'r hard drive for viruses, worms, etc.

I dont think that my computor is bad... I think he is being so slow because i am allways Cleaning "C:" -.-'

also turn off antialiasing and anisotrophic from video card settings,and chose for textures filtering high performance.I hope this will help you

it doesnt make fps higher it only shows whats u'r computer's maximum fps...

Put the specifications of your computer, i almost have the same as you (if i know your processor rate would be better) if you have a p4 3.0ghz you should have 100fps in cs.. maybe your cooler has dirty inside (processor one) or its malfunctioning. Do u always have 24fps? or it variates

Ah i read in your profile and i think you had a 9700, i have the same with 100fps, even that i tested the same pc, but with 512 MB ram, and it reaches all the time 100fps only dropping with smokes :S so its realy weird, maybe your microprocessor cooler its all dirty open your pc and check it out, or take it to a technician ^^.

buy a new one for 10-15k gamePC then u got 100fps forever, sorry for bad english! :P

tenta desligar a sincronzacao vertical ... antes de eu desligar isso jogava a 60 e dps passei a jgr a 100 fps :)
