CS Ranking 2k8
This is a homemade CS1.6 ranking, that I've been working on in my spare time.
Since I don't know any programing languages, I just used MS Excel for the ranking and some hard work, calculating team ratings for most matches since 1.1.2008. :)

For the ratings I used all the matches from international CS1.6 tournaments, held this year. By international tournaments I mean all the bigger tournaments that are not country based (qualifiers and such) , or too small to have some1 travel to attend it.
I used the normal ELO system to calculate the ratings.
For info source (tournament results etc.) I mostly used SK-gaming.com and gotfrag.com
Most of you are probably wondering what A-Gaming, HellRaisers, EYEsports and 88-Gaming are doing among the top 15, so high up. Well it was a "to be or not to be" situation. In the end i decided to use the Ukrainian KODE5 qualifier matches for the rankings due a lot of non-Ukrainian teams attending (hoorai, roccat, excello, and quite a few Russian teams).
So those teams winning a lot of matches (even against roccat, excello) had a great rating boost.
P.S. I'm not trying to say those are not good teams, but their rating did actually come from a flaw in the rankings when adding new teams.
This flaw will in the end fix itself when most of teams get 30+ games, what will get them a more stable rating among the top teams.
You are of course all free to ask questions, which I will answer to the best of my ability.
You can flame me as well, tho I don't respond much to that :(
