i have little problem... when my cs is started in fullscreen mode 800x600, than @ shooting time fps is so bad and gameplay is not clear, little bugs, fps is about ~50. But, @ 800x600 windowed mode all is OK. I have ATi Radeon M-9600 128mb, LCD PHILIPS 170c 8ms 17'' display. Who know what is the problem ? I was try high fps cfg, - nothing special.

do you have vsync on? lcd's generally have a max refresh rate of 75-85 so if you have it on, your fps will be stuck at 75 or 85 and that's only if you've changed it from 60. if you haven't, you'll have 60fps constant with some occasional drops.

i'm guessing you're getting fps drops because of your pc, i see you have a sempron cpu, which isn't the greatest and neither is your gfx. get high fps player models and it should increase your fps alot.

Have 75hz on it. Vsync is off. FPS is jumping around, 60-90. So, LCD is not good for cs?

an lcd will make no difference to your fps, if you are changing from a crt that can do 100+ hz then it will look a lot more laggy even though the fps is the same.

I think you did not configure your vid card well enough, clean up your drivers aswell

CREAMM, hmm... All possible options are on Lowest. Btw. like i sad i have ATi Radeon M-9600 128mb, i cant find any drivers for it. If you can - help me please.

which is exactly why we set fps_max according to our display's refresh rate :)

most people use 100fps on any refresh rate, source players tend to do 76fps on 75hz etc.
