well if you have that in cs 1.6 you will need
put this on console

ati_subdiv 1
ati_npatch 2
anistropic filtering set Off
anti aliasing none
minimap detail level Trilinear or blinear
but it depend on what resolution u play cs
600 x 480 i recommend Trilinear and
other setting well
quality , performance trilinear etc
:) its depend of you monitor hertz
you can got good quality with good performance too 50/50
