cs problem
here is the screen with my problem .. always when i try to start cs it shows up

Reinstall cs (or windows) :p
i have reinstalled cs 3times .. and i think there is another way to solve this problem wihout reinstall windows :)

Delete clienregistery.blob and restart steam.

hmm seems ur using steam cs. ! if so just delete steam and install it again, this pic u posted is a steam updating problem maybe it would be fixed if u reinstall it.
