I use on net and I'm using rate 20 000,cl_updaterate 60,cl_cmdrate 60 and cl_cmdbackup 2
my connection is 1mbit dsl,it gives 30-40 pings and ms on the turk net servers..

what's is your opininon about it ? what u suggest to me ? especially the cl_cmdbackup value ?

should be atleast 20,000 with up and cmd 101

101 it cause loss because your i-net connection is low or the server is low..
but u can use
cl_cmdrate 101
and cl_uploaterate so that brings no loss/choke :P

run cs with "-dev" parametr, then set:

cl_updaterate 200
cl_cmdrate 200
