noforcemaccel = turn of the accelation of the windows mouse
noforcemparms = turn of any window bind mouse mouse buttons (for example, you bind mouse4 for open the web browser , if you use this command, no web browser is opened when you play the game )
noforcemspd = use the windows mouse sensitivity for the game ( the CS always use the windows mouse sens so this command is useless for CS , as you can see not many pro playes use this command like 2 upper commands )

and you can use mousefix = to turn off the accelation of the mouse without using noforcemaccel
