change ur fan :D

1,RAM 1G better,or close other programs while CS,such as MSN,anti-virus,porn clips,etc...
2,ATI 9550 is OK for CS 1.6,try changing the 3D quality to "High/Optimal Performance".
3,Waiting other posts...

set 100hz , and "-freq 100" to the Set launch option in steam
