You just download the Cevo 3.0 GUI from gotfrag.com or anyother place. I don't know how to get "only" that font.. but its probably somewhere in the package... maybe even separate ?
Easy, Just find resources/Clientscheme.res in that CEVO gui and put into your CSTRIKE Folder
