Can I use 180° bind in leagues?
I have low sens.
I cant turn around so fast, can I use it?

as pliskin said, you can turn yourself by clicking button but not with the scripts:)

yes you can't, as the "+duck" on your mouse3, it's considerate as a script,which are forbidden.
mouse 3 is the click of the Scroll wheel
so you can use +duck if you want!
But Scroll wheel down and Scroll wheel up are forbidden for.
And stop scripting! Your low sensitivity is your choice so cope it !
