Well i rly have problems with my fps lately and i rly want to fix it

now some ppl recomend this program ReForce

i saw on forums that ReForce forces ur monitor to work on 100 hertz whitch busts ur picture in game so it looks softer

if it looks softer ur fps should be 100+

so i was wondering is this true , is there anyone that uses this program , and does it rly work :(

this program has 164 MB in it so it muss do something

Well, I was trying to play with Reforce, but I can't set it up. I don't know what should I do. Do Reforce depends of yours computer performance?
