yeeh the sound in baracuda is 1 of the best but the cable and mic is shit had 2 baracudas both is broken:(

Again their is no best headset it's just personal prefrence. I myself have the 5hv2 and have had them for nearly a year and they are doing me proud:D seeing as the amount of times i drop them. The Siberia's are very weak and do break easily. Also i've hear that after 6/12 months they start to go wrong but that could be false :D

just don't go wtih icemats...

i had use all Sennheiser series (PC series and HD series), and nothing beats real headphones with separate mic or clip-mic.

the 5H and icemats are exactly the same (beside that icemat is slightly crappier quality).

if you want quality that will last you, go wtih Sennheiser. Mousepad companies aren't meant to make sound devices as good as pro companies like Sennheiser.

Sennheiser PC350! Sound coverage is better than 5hv2, it stills expensive but no doubt ask one on your Christmas list :)
