I know that here are many posts to headsets and its are so many that i don`t want to read them all.
So i only ask this question again :-)
which headset is better for gaming the Sennheiser PC 161 oder the SteelSeries 5H v2 headset and it is right that the sound with the SteelSeries 5H v2 is not so good for mp3s and movies on pc?or it is ok but a little worse than the sennheiser?

As for me it's Sennheiser

SteelSeries 5Hv2. It is very good for music and movies, surround sound 7.1. They're the best headphones out there....

+ the comfort beats sennheisers. I've used all the SteelSounds except 3h, and i think all sennheisers :]

Just to clarify, my friend was laughing when i told him the price my SteelSound 5Hv2's are in shops, he laughed, then he came to my house and played CS using them, and now he wants to buy them :P

... i never had a problem with my pc 160 so. But i think it's still best to buy headphones, instead of headsets.nothing beats the comfort of a "Sennheiser HD515" :)
+ the sound is still nice and clear in stereo... which you don't have with all those surround sounds. You may know how to find 1 person , but when a rush takes place, it's very hard to individualize the rest. (which you don't have with stereo)

tbh i still prefer 5hv2, i can individualize every person :D

Horrible sound quality @ SS-5h. You should really buy Sennheiser.

Sennheiser PC161 is comfortable and the sound is even more nice than SS-5hv2 has.
