For gaming Windows b/c most games are made for windows but I do use a Mac for a professional Video/Audio Editing Rig at work and home =)

windows , i had a mac mini and played cs 1.6 on it played sweet put they arent very good for gaming, they are for graphics design

if you want a computer for job , with programs as Photoshop , sony vegas and other you should use mac , and if you want to play games and have nice and handy menu you should instyal windows , but i use windows 7 because they are handy , good lucking and ofc not laggy .
