Hello can Anyone help me with a problem?

I got HLAE(MIRV) and im launching
but it says this fucking shit everytime i start hlae to launching

steamstartup failed with error 1 failed to take master pipe connection lock

Ive tried alshit to to get it work but no

i did restart steam nothing
i did restart PC nothing
i putted CFG into cstrike nothing
i deleted the CFG nothing

So can you please help me

how to get MDT/HLAE for steamed cs? in the internet i found only for nonsteamed and in steam -> tools i couldn't even find one -.-

well, got that about hlae but have another problem now. when i press esc while viewing demo there's no Events button there (still can't find such thing as campath)
