hi i just bought new PC 2day and it came with vista installed on it, tbh i dnt care 4 it much but i need to get rid of mouse accel, ive tried installing mousefix etc and nothing has worked, wen i try to install winxp it doesnt find my hardrives and then brings up the blue screen of death wen i try to continue, if any1 could help me with this mouse accel problem i wud be truely greatfull im a man on the edge :x

Unfortunately,from Vista downgrade to XP, you need the downgrade CD that comes with your Vista if you got it.By then its easy to downgrade to XP as you can use back your original license cd key.

Another option is that when you run XP cd to your machine, HDD cannot detect because its in Vista partition.First thing you need to do is to delete the vista partition using the vista disk and then use XP cd to create a new partition to it.By this, XP cd can detect your hdd once again.But as for licensing issue,i guess you will need the activation code from Microsoft then you can use back the vista key for XP.
