Hey, im having some problems with my 4350, i just installed the new drivers so that isnt the issue, my computer is a beast (core i7, 3gigs ddr3) i have 100fps easy in cs, i can run cod4 and get 350fps, and cs at the same time @ 100fps, but if im just playing cs, and i drop 1 smoke, and run into it, my fps drops to like 50~ish, other than that cs runs fine though, any ideas? :(

ive tried setting my 3D settings to as low as they go but im new to ATI cards so maybe im doing something wrong, lemme know

A monster pc doesn't mean you can run old games fine, Its mostly the opposite.

The only thing I can think of is this:

ati_subdiv 1
ati_npatch 1

You could put that in your userconfig.cfg.
