DON'T BUY THE OPTICAL, GET THE LASER! i have an optical, and im an ultra low sensi player, i set my optical to 400cpi and my CS in game sensitivity to 1.0 it dosent track well when you move too fast and it twitches at high speeds.. im getting a LASER next week, if ur a higher sensitivity gamer its good enough,the ergonomics are good. im getting an ikari laser next week even thou in singapore they overprice all SS products...

I wouldn't get a lasermouse either really, thought about getting the death adder instead? I think the laser will do the same thing.

well, i was thinking the Ikari's 25g accel and 40000 sps would help out. My friend has a DA..the mouse is good and it feels just as comfortable.. however i put it on 400dpi and it started skipping... im starting to suspect my mousepad...anws, if a laser ikari dont work out, ill change my sensi.. haha

Maybe the skipping is in your head? :P Lag Blank | Jumpy and SK|zet are using the optical version. I dont think that players on this level could use "skipping" mouse :)

haha, it does skip, and it skips a lot, i don't know if this is a faulty product or smth is wrong in it's driver. but i guess im gona change my sensitivity soon. i tried my sensitivity on the Razer Deathadder, great mouse. it skipped too... however i managed to find the problem by the end of today, my mousepad... When i put my mice on my friend's S&S pad, everything was fine. I currently own a Sreelpad 5L and QcK+, and i do not like plastic pads... I'm going mouse shopping tomorrow..=D

U have in-game sensitivity 1 and windows 1 without accel? I dont know any other reason for skipping. I have qck heavy and ikari optical WITHOUT any skip :P

haha, i just bought another IME3.0 ,and a QcK heavy, i sold my Fnatic pad, i got kinda fed up with the Ikari... i don't think its a faulty mouse, most mices 400cpi cant take swiping that fast. at least i found a replacement, IME3.0 + QcK heavy FTW
