You can be the best player in the world and can't join SK.
You have to get individual skill and also have a nice team play
Look at Rwar and Ars-Art they are very good players but they didn't fit with SK ^_-

Well, I'd say getting good with almost every hero if not every single hero is just something they take for granted because by the time you are good enough to play with them, you should already know the skill build and item builds for every hero in the game. I mean, you can't expect to join their team just knowing a few select heroes because the game always gets updated and heroes who may have been really good at one point(bristleback for example) will get nerfed and then teams will no longer use those heroes. Of course, there are also different line ups and so you'll definitely need to know how to use a large variety of heroes if not simply all of them.
If you really want to join, I suggest you get really good first and get a good reputation among other players, not only in terms of skill, but also in teamwork and of course personality is always good. I mean wants some conceited scumbag on their team anyway. You could probably start by playing non em games, or if you're already doing that then go join an inhouse league. Get good, then you'll probably want to join another clan first, and compete with them. If you win in smaller tournaments it'll be significantly easier to make it big and then you can ask them for a tryout, or maybe you can send them a replay. Either way, first step is to reach that level =]

HAHAHAHHAHAHA :D What a crazy idea :D To play with all heroes good and join a clan xD It is not like every hero needs a completely new playstyle xD The basics u need to learn are imo carry, supporter, inicitaor and wardboys. If you play a carry, you need to know, how to farm, if you play a suppporter you need to learn to help and to gank successfully, if you play an iniciatir you need to farm items and kills heroes but also letting the carry hero farm, if you player a ward boy, you only need to plants wards and you need to gank. If you dont understand it, try to play with a clan vs another clan and try understand then, why you lost :D and you will become better.
Btw: You dont need knowledge, you need experience xD
