s&y?

ok this might be something of a n00b question but im interested to know?, is there any hero that one would specifically go for a sange & yasha, I see ppl using them alot in pubbies but having watched tons of replays recently I dont think i'v seen an s&y once?, is it just a waste of an orb effect, when you could probly get more damage from a desolater? I played Venomancer in a pubbie the other day and only had s&y, assault curass and treads but owned the other team completely..... I know that s&y is a little more hardcore in 6.51 as opposed to 6.48..... anyways any thoughts?

Spiritbreaker. Cause of the movespeed bonus you gain more damage, so in this case S&Y gives you more than on other heroes. And Str + agility is exactly what you need !
I'd say Jaggernaut could have use for some extra movement speed when he is doing the blade fury or what it's called

And it's really nice for Nessaj also, gives him some ms so he can do his blink strike all the time. Maim to slow targets a little since his stun aint that much and attack speed for more crit proccs :> imo

The only competitive hero in 48b you see go S&Y is Terrorblade. It is one of the three big items people chose to get first on TB. S&Y, Skadi or Radiance.

In 51+ we will see S&Y more often in competitive games and also on other heroes than TB.

*S&Y has been seen in a few competitive games on POTM, most from asian clans and Yamateh used S&Y on Sven in pride9.
soulkeeper use S&Y

and many hero on 6.51 use S&Y because it increase Atackspeed and movement speed alot than 6.48

S&y is a pretty good item. Ppl say that it cost too much but the truth is that u can asemble it by buying cheap items. [ u dont need 2 farm 3k gold or 2k, u can build it without having to farm minutes or w8 10-15 min tu get the imense amount of gold] probably thats why every1 buys it in pubs. sometimes that str boos is enough for a agi hero and he wont need 2 get other hp boosting items. the ms bonus is good for almost any melee hero and the atackspeed bonus is nice 2.
I dont think its an op item, but probably is one of the most balanced items for agi and str heroes.

s&y means sange and yasha. its good for tinker cuz tinker dosent have something that slows.
SnY is good on most melee heroes. It helps them chase with MS, gives them HP and slight armor, gives faster attack speed, and the maim is amazing when it triggers.

Best heroes to use it are probably chaos knight and... riki?

CK uses it well cuz you can save mana. Don't have to go back to fountain to regen mana every time cuz you used it all blinking and stunning =P Also gives him ridiculous MS and AS which helps him trigger crits =)
