Why would you want to bind it to mouse5. You'll still have to spam alt all the time and having to press a from time to time doesn't bother me at all ^^.

Look for wc3keys or something like that. Just read some dota forums and you'll find the program.

Yes of course U can bind everything! Even some topplayers bind theirs` daggers, bottles, eul`ses on Q,S and so on!
