what items should I use with tide ?

dagger, treats, shivas, bfury, hearts, hearts

Blink Dagger/Heart/Bfury/BoT/Satanic/Radiance

you need no items with tide :) just cast your ult and gg hahaha xD

Tide is 3 heroes, you only need 47 tangos and a dagger ! ;D, no but bracers blink pt/BoT (depends) shivas heart

why battlefury!? its useless for tide when you have ankorsmash, just get a hyperstone, and you will get ankorsmash all the time. its like getting battfury for axe almoust..

juste get something else that gives hp regen, like vanguard

You can buy hp reg for much less and more additional stats, bf really sucks with tidehunter. NO item you should buy!

Vanguard does not stack with kraken shell!

Boots of Travel, Battle Fury, Assault Cuirass, Hyperston, Kelen's Dagger and Vladimir/Satanic.
Or instead of vampiric get Heart and gg.

You are embarrassing yourself, you can't first get bf then assault and hyperstone fills no pattern at all. Tidehunter is a teamplayer not a solo hero and should be treated as one.

Shivas, Refresher is a good option, dagger, Heart, can be also BKB, BFury is A MUST-DO!

Of course you can buy that, only thing that matters are the consequences. ;)
And since you'l have teleport (BoT), attack speed aura (AC), blink (KD), and vampiric(Vlad) combined with his Gush and ulti makes him oh so much of a team player. ;)
And besides i wrote that in no particular order.

Oh yeah and positive and negative armor aura, i forgot that one.

When I play Tide I go:
Power Treads
2-3 Bracers
Shiva's
Dagger
Refresher
Assault Cuirass

Refresher as 1st is stupid as you don't have enough mana. But the order of items after Shiva's can be mixed as you want.
Vanguard and Battle Fury is so stupid I don't even bother discussing it.
