I've been playing DOTA for almost a month now and i always go for mid lane (if i choose a range type hero) for fast leveling.
But then one time I've lane up against Tinker (an experienced player) and took me as if I'm some
tasty food. XD

man! i fed up that tinker guy!

and right now even if i choose a range type hero and the opposing team chooses Tinker, i never go mid. instead i go bottom or top lane 'coz i know that Tinker will always go MID lane, and trust me, i never want to see those blue laser and rocket combo ever again XD.

...so please, fellow DOTA players help me choose a hero who's capable of laning against Tinker at mid lane.

I think elazor is good against him.. But i suggest you just to keep distance against him (early boots should help) , or get some strength and hp regeneration...

yeah..i hate tinker too..in laning phase tinker bring too much problem coz he keep spamming that laser n rocket..im think if he like to spam u also spamming too like zeus,earthshaker,venomancer...make sure u have bottle so u can keep topup ur mana plus lane control..
about the rocket n laser, u juz keep distance n try to survive, make sure u get plenty of tango so u can heal..u cannot run from it.hehe..or u pick tinker so ur opponent cant pick..

Puck could work, although Tinker has a much higher damage-output.
Just stay out of Laser-range and time the Missiles with your Phase Shift.

I can beat tinker with any hero
DK- Will take that shit like np, make sure you get stun though to attack harass him since tinker has low hp.
SF- If you play him right and rune control and harass with your GG damage tinker will be sure to stay away, but when his spells are getting towards higher damage "Be careful"
DP- Silence, swarm.... nuff said
Puck- Phase Shift and silence !

So many other heroes just too lazy to list them down, I can be tinker with many other melee heroes too

viper, na, puck is a good choice against tinker :D

yeah..SF have low HP...better pick lanaya..QoP too..if u see that little tinker want to launch rocket or laser juz quickly blink far back..
