Transfers (Pro-Players)

Recently DOTA got a new angle on world scene, a lot of players showed up moody to change team for any reason, more fame, recognize another random tag.
Players of second "team" gama are going to teams of same level of play and leaving old friends with who they created our teams to get in a "better" or more famous team.
How do you see that?

Is so hard to start a team (i am talking about my country championships) no money, nothing, and old players work hard to make you fell like a crap. After some hard work (And you know that cuz u are the captain, you wasted a lot of your time watching replays, keeping urself updated with all tatics, all picks, all lanes, all play style.) you see you main "carrie" player, main "ganker" player just went to other team, how you fell about that?

How You work with that?!

Cyaz

I know how you feel man..

U mean you are a captain that have some players transfer right?

Same with..just look for other player to replace them

More than that, i am not talking only about my team (my team is not a great team atm :)) but i am talking about world knew teams. You just have to check SK.Dota this year, is a good example.

About my team is so boring see my new player stay on lane when i said: BACK BACK RETARD!! 5 heroes tping to u!
And the guy still farming on lane!!!! ¬¬ He used to be a good player before join my team. Teamplay = 0 Sologame = 100%

gj maelk!!!

You make sure that you, as the captain, are the most valuable player to your team.

That way nobody will ever want to leave your team for something better nor will any team give your mates offers since they will know you're the reason behind your strength and success.

Worked somewhat flawlessly for 4 years.

We could have seen that during the year with 2 really good players (Rwar, and Smile) playing for SK.
Even if they won the Pride they didn't stay in the SK line-up, but Loda is a strong captain, and probably the most valuable player of his team .

true i agree so much ...

Sometimes giving too much command will make your comrade confuse and they will find it too hard to follow, however there is an easy way.

U create a hero line-up, then ask ur teamate to train the line-up again and again. After u play the same hero line-up about 4-5 times, u will find that u wont need give too much command to ur teamate.

@gougou
WTF?! @.o

@TRICK-
Yeah russian scene is a good example (i was thinking about talk about that but i am not watching russian anymore so idk how are the transfers there)

@Artemus
I cant limit my team to like 5 strategies @.o (i really think its a short limit)

@Maelk
@.@ Now i understand what gougou said ahahha!
On skill i am for sure the worst player of my team :) Honesty but i am the smarter of my team too. BTW thx for the tip/advice!!! Only a bit more hard to follow (maybe i start to think about work hard on "maximize" my skills at least on what i can check on pro players skill is maximized to the good number :) What decide who is better is the decision power in game! (Decide build, when is time to gank, when is time to run, when is time to everything).

haha was going for maelk not acme ofc :)

It's ok Acme...As long as u guys keep training it over and over again, u may discover the strength and weakness of certain line-up..

It can help u to draft in the future, to ban those hero who can counter your line-up easily..

Go Acme !!

@gougou

Was going for Acme..

Honestly situations like that makes you feel bad and yeah the time you've spent goes to waste. But I think it's best to find new players again and hope for a better match this time [=

@sonkan

Yeah~ Perhaps u can find a better player then ur old rooster!

But u have to re-start the team play works, its so hard, so mane games before u feel ur team trusteable again! It will take time to get trust on your players again.

@Acme

Yeah~That really sucks ....ahahaha, time consume process....
