18sec cooldown in 6.57..........pls dont nerf dagger again!!!
i think its good as before with 15 3 sec does not make much difference in many situations

new dagger is good, cos it has small cd but in combat u can't runaway :D
with old dagger u can escape
But now it is more interesting cos it is hard to escape in combat with blink :P

Dagger is imba to what hero so ever. Cheers! Lina and magnataur will get alot more into Proffesional games now i guess :D which ownz like bad!!!
i think enigma will be a great pick due to the great dagger performances
