The title pretty much explains itself, what do you think about the many new major changes in 6.55?

think it's overall good but will come a hotfix version soon since some spells and effects still has the tooltip missing also alot of recepies changed for the better like lothars moved down from 3 to 2 rec items again. And the phase boots every game i played in 6.55 i seen people buy them as 1st or 2nd item but they have no actual clue on how the phase works. Haven't had time to play any of the new heros yet but from what i seen windrunner seems good

Imo there's a lot of new things to learn. I must play A LOT more that I could say the pros and cons of the new version. I played 1 match today with this new map and it looked very interesting ;)

I myself think it will kill dota's interesting by making the draft-game become too long.

1st, now your team can use teleports to defense any towers at the same time. And you just only have to teleport near the towers ( 300 aoe )
2nd, now there is the free Item to have all your building armor become 99999 for 4 seconds, cool down in 6 minutes

you can see now it's easier to defense, even when the enemies trying to push many lanes at the same time if you can combo 1st and 2nd and use it wisely. by that, the enemies will not push unless they're strong enough. And the tactic wont be about pushing anymore.

It will make the game become too long !! and it's bad for the big tournaments imo

Of what I've read I think windrunner with refresher could be lol with the 30% of max health spell 2X 30% of 2000khp = 800 + 25% magic res

Anyway I think the new changes are good so far of what I've seen but I think they should lower the price on sentry wards by 50gold or so when it got nerfed

Hmm i don't wanna spam the forum but since I have no real computer atm i haven't been able to play the heroes and I guess that spell doesn't even exist. Saw on some forum when searching on google. To bad I can't atke away the reply :

if windrunner goes agility hero it will be to overpowerd i think..
its even very good, now.
all in all i like the new map the new heroes are both very good and the fixes are good, too :D

DotA is the best game after cstrike :p (a day: 4 hours of cstrike and 2 hours of DotA :)
