depends on the heroes, if they have lich, dragon knight, treant or any heroes/items with armor bonuses you should go stygian, if they're goin it without armor and don't have spell resistance items go mjolrnir

yep, look for instance DK with 15ish + xx armor, he will have 20MIN and like 30-40 armor max with ac and stuff , does -6 makes such a diference? Chain proc would do the job there i guess.
Desolator gets countered by 1400g and allmost countered(-5) by 550g chainmail, meka or vladimir's.

y man i agree deso is for early/mid game, but mjolmir is realy good for late game with skadi but cost more :P:P:P
