Best build ever for Razor. Dual Chainlightning + 200% attackspeed/ 40% addition damage taken. Best razor indeed. :D. Can't beat that.

If you don't have probs with the 2s delay and just wanna have some random alcohol fun it can be great sometimes to play battle.net :D.

Because besides the fact that he doesn't need all that mana (arcane) for just his "chain lightening", he SURELY AS HELL doesn't need a refresher orb for a passive ulti ( read: no need to refresh his ulti as he has an ulti that spams dmg every couple of secs without mana, without the need to click anything so without the need to refresh it )
