Dreamhack summer 2008
Does anyone of you know if there will be any big teams at dreamhack this summer since there is no ESWC for dota at dreamhack this time. I mean, like you sk, you're not participating in the official dreamhack tournament or do you?
We've been attending at the latest Dreamhack DotA official tournaments the past 2 years (there have been 3 tournaments at Dreamhack) and we are planing to go there this summer as well. We've booked tickets and everything =)
About the ESWC qualifiers there hasnt been much information. I still dont know yet if there will be a swedish qualifier, maybe someone else has more information? :o
About the teams I've heard that are coming there, there is SK, MYM, mouz (I think), IQ (a swedish who plays in IHCS and stuff ^^). There might as well be other teams that I dont know are coming, you never know! =) Last time the asian team Zenith came to Dreamhack, ended at third place after SK and MYM after some intense matches :)

Yeah, there is a double elimination bracket (atleast the other years) and only some teams that are well known is seeded. I guess the mode is -apxl again.
The last tournament started at the first day at like 20:00 or something and ended at night. Then it started again the next day at maybe 12:00.
The finals was on the third day in the evening/night.

PGS.dota will be there also they just said :> makes it even harder for you and the other top teams

Loda said both smile and rawr are moving into his place in a month or so means that they will also be attending at dreamhack along with you guys? Well there will be a ESWC qualifier in paris, so if there isn't a Sweden qualifier you guys might have to try and qualify in paris, which might be harder since Europeans teams will be competing.
PGS.dota hasnt really shown any result at all at top level so i wouldnt worry too much about them tbh :P
