Pick bane + bristle + viper.
ban QoP + Rhasta.

Earthshaker + rhasta/sand king + enigma
Bristle + Bane + Viper
Earthshaker + Puck + Void
Bristle + Bane + Viper

I would deff go for bane whatever line-up you're taking
The thing is, bane disables two heroes, which is great in small lineups as yours. Just make sure Bristleback doesnt get radiance, it fucks sleep up ^^
