HEX: Shamans will get their CC
Hex
100 Mana - 20 yd range
0.5 sec cast - 1 min cooldown
Transforms the enemy into a random critter, reducing the target's movement speed by 75%. While moving, the hexed target cannot attack or cast spells. Only one target can be hexed at a time. Only works on Humanoids and Beasts.
* Does not heal the target like Polymorph
* Does not break on damage (can someone confirm?)

So what do u think? seems pretty op, shamans are already retarded in pve, seems we will see them more in pvp( also i believe they are getting more healing abilities)

It is such a nice spell for arenas lol... but since its so cheaty, it will be the main aim to be dispelled or trinketed, so it makes HEX a bit useless....

IMO shamans are OP IF and ONLY when the character is being played correctly and correctly meaning we know every aspect of each and every spells, abilities, talents and skills.
Everybody can play a shaman but not everybody can play a shaman well and please remember to salute or pay your respect to a shaman that is above 2000 arena ranking cause they deserved it.

Spirit link is gonna be even more imba imo... sup 3s teams immune to CC, and chain heal spam gonna be much nicer mana efficiency.
Shaman is definitely a class with a high skill cap but still not a competitive class imo. These additions should be a good step forward but i suppose we'll have to wait and see.

I think that shamans need a CC ability really bad.
They seem to be moving into the direction of the druid, with enhance being able to shift out of movement impairing and the class getting a CC similar to cyclone - although, on a much longer CD.
Shamans will be on some of the best 3v3 teams in x-pac IMO.
But we are soon to find out.
P.S. Druids didn't get any major PvP buffs IMO, their resto tree 51 point will only really be viable in 5v5 - or so it seems.
