Maybe you're letting S&D run out, starting whit garotte not being Hemo.... to much energy for a shitty dmg.I'm asking me why you have a 4S&D/5R rotation, it's not like you can't keep a 5S&D/5R rotation. That's why I'm saying that maybe slice&dice runs out. 290Hit hmm i had that when i was raiding SSC. And well your rings are pretty crappy. The proc-chance from de Hyjal-reputation ring is like 0.5% and the Violet Signet? Wtf dude? You are raiding Sunwell.... get the fucking ring for heroic badges. Your 1st trinket is pretty crappy to ( get Madness of the Betrayer, Dragonspine Trophy or even the Eye Drop from Void Reaver, Warp-Spring Coil....one of this 3 trinkets would be WAY better than the crappy crit stacking up). Best Combo would be Dragonspine Trophy and Shard of Contempt.The Hit problem will solve itself when you get T6-Items from Sunwell

It would help a lot if you post something like WWS-Stats from a fight with Teron or Brutallus.

Btw get some professions that are usefull like enchanting (enchant for rings) or leatherworking (drums of battle). Yeah engineering is nice for the Sunwell-Googles but hey you don't even have skilled it till the end ;)

What does that have to do with his gear or dps?

Buff on Sunwell mobs:
Sunwell Radiance
Chance to hit increased by 5%.
Enemy chance to dodge reduced by 20%.

ergo this only applies for the tanks. This was introduced by Blizz, becaue they screwed up the way tank gear scaled so that now people can get ridiculous amounts of avoidance. The mob won't dodge or not get hit....

A wws would be alot more useful but what i can tell you atm is that, you do lack alot of hit though ,use a hit trinket instead of the exalted 1 tbh, also use a hit ring over band of devastation :P Your gear is good enough though. Your rotation might be flawed mine is different :

Garrote Sinister strike
2cp snd
5cp snd
5point rupture
5cp snd
5point rupture
And so on
With that I never drop snd and when I blade flurry ad you can get 5 cp rupture and 5 evis
Im not sure if this is the rotation that other rogues use but it is succesful for me but my gear is slightly superior to yours im acctually over the hit cap atm :S :

I start of with garrote>ss 2CB then SND move on to 5CB then rupture and REPEAT

at times when vanish is up i will use it and garrote if possible

I like to use Envenom when im on Adrenaline Rush ;)

3)Run the upgrade dps macro (must have excel + the other file off the site)

A friend of mine (rogue I raid with) told me about this and I was very amazed to find that some of the gear I had sitting in my bank was better then what I was wearing (stats seemed better + other addons, etc said it was better) but it was not. Increased my dps by half!
