How much ArP do i need for PvP? 100% 50% or just "as much as possible"?

And if we want 2 go for 100%...
Is this correct or does it stack otherwise
BattleStance 10 % + Sunder Armor 20% -> 30% 70 % needed(861,7 Rating) or 55% with Mace(677 Rating)
Would mean that du just need Mace+ Hit-ArP procc trinket + 2-3 Gems for the 100% in Battle Stance + Sunder Armor..

I think u dont have to calculate with Shattering Throw because it just lasts ~10-20 secs and CD is to high(or needed for Bubble)
