ag_unitframes dominates imo.
grid (always useful in raids)
DeadlyBossMods (Raids, ftw)
CCWatch (dont know if this one is updated)
Bartender4 (Useful for modelign your bars etc.)
KGPanels (I think that was the name, just as EEpanels2)
Skinner (I just love this one :p You can change the textures, colours and stuff on everything)
FuBar (Good for clearing out your screen abit)
AtlasLoot (You should know this one)

This is just some I can think of, I dont even use 50% of em. I want my screen cleared ;)

Addons for rogue, or for combat matters i dont use as much, i use more addons that modifi my ui because wow default its dull.
I recommend you to use proximo,sct,cooling2,ecastingbar and ag_unitframes
But there are also very good pvp addons as magictrack or aflicted
