Will shadowdance/subtlety REALLY be viable in arena and is it only viable with daggers.. or is everyone going for mutilate?

Before the launch of WoTLK it's impossible to say if a spec is viable or not since the changes we see on the PTR and Beta are not final. Give it a month or so after the launch and we'll be able to determine if us rogues will be able to dominate in pvp as we could in tbc.

Yeah you're right, i really hope that we will dominate.. Shadowdance looks like a nice talent. All the sub talents to it are fine aswell.. We'll just have to wait and see though i quess
