I see pmastah is using the spell timer from the Addon Forte for Warlocks, i play a shadowpriest to and i hate spell timer addons like classtimer, necb ....!

Where can i get spell timer?

I'm pretty sure you're refering to Forte Warlock addon, which has timers (and other functions) for other classes than warlocks aswell.
