I like a fully custom UI, just pick up a good raid frames along with a DOT timer and that is pretty much all you need. Outfitters are nice too if you are tanking etc because they will make sure you use all of your tanking set and don't forget pieces. Use what you find comfortable rather then something that other people have constructed to fit their needs.
