hard question, its very much about personal preference imo. I find atleast Quartz to be an addon i cant live without. it provides you with a awesome autoshot timer aswell as debuff on target timer among other things. anywho, this is what i use:

i like Venantes. its a button spere. i dont know if you know what means but it will clear up alot of action bar space, primarily aspects and pet stuff.

best ui = the one you make, as valandu said its up to personal preference

Same lol. My UI looks like shit. Bartender + Xperl + Raid Reqs. = Boring.

whats your addon with the action bars and the chat stuff? (sorry im a minimalist)

from visible addons, unitframes are pitbull, actionbars bartender4, buffs = ct_buff, panels = eePanels2, chat = Prat, minimap = simpleMinimap, eavesdrop/proximo/omen goes in that empty box in bottom right corner, fubar & statblocks for that text just a bit above panels (time, rap/crit/hit etc), quartz, khuntertimers. Couple more but not important atm.
