t6 progression path

I have come here to ask the best WOW players in the world how what path they took to gety to Illidan. I am a 0/21/40 Lock on US server Madoran Delusions of Granduer guild name Pestelence.

Obviously you downed Kael in TK and Vasjh b4 the atunments were striped away. My guild is @ a progression standstill atm and i am looking for input on your progression path.
We have downed 4 boss's in Hyjal on a consistant basis to the point we are sharding gear now, but have barely made an attempt @ Archi. In BT we have first 3 on farm but have only downed Gorfiend one time. We killed lady Vasjh one time and attempted Kael in tk a hand full of times. Now we are arguing over what is the right move and i figured it best to ask those who have walked this road a few times previously. Many of us want to down Kael in TK and get ti out of the way, others want to just do BT, and others want to work on Archi. I am of the opinion that Kael should die first and we get the ring upgrades, then master Archi b4 conquering last 2/3 of BT as there are not enough hours in the week for us to assemble and do all 3.

So please give mee feed back based on the info i have given, any and all comments will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

I wouldn't want to experience the Kael fight, but if you rather want loot then you should skip him. He has barely any good loot.

What i would do is kill kael and start progressing as much as possible, don't care too much about farming bosses that you have already killed because you can get so much good loot from badges that it doesn't really matter for you to go through old content several times.

I would go get Kael down before going further into Hyjal/BT, just to complete the instance so you can put full focus on Archi and the remaining bosses in BT. Then i would do the same with Archi, skip BT one week untill Archi is dead and thus complete Mount Hyjal. The feeling when you complete an instance is awesome be it 1year after the first guild that did it or the first time ever, you get a nice feeling about it either way. And when you then go for BT full force your players will be more motivated to complete that instance aswell seeing as you completed the other 2 with great success, and the feeling they got from that will be a motivator to work hard in achieving the goal.
