Balanced Druid Assistance

I am needing some help in how to improve my gear and spec for my druid. I am wanting to stay balanced spec as I enjoy playing the class. Any gear/spec suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Druid: Ambelisa Server: US-Gorefiend

My personal priorities with balance druid are(in order):
- Spelldmg
- Stack +int for spellcrit, mana etc.
- Spell hit is capped about in 150? if I remember right in pve hit rating is needed.
- Pure spellcrit, you will get spellcrit from +int so its not so important to get that huge amount of +crit if the item has +int and good amount of spelldmg.

Thats how I see it.

when u reach statses like: 152+ hit, 1100+ spell dmg and 20% crit w/o form(atleast) go and stack some haste! 200-300 would be good
