I know that Hit isnt one of the most important stats
but I see morphling have about 100+hit
so what is the "SAFE" hit cap. err minimal hit required for BT raiding.

160 is quite enough

I saw very many enhan.shams... minimum hit was about 120, max hit - 210. So choose smth in the middle)

"minimum" i mean for BT, in ssc/tk gear lvl there is sometimes 90-120 hit, but i think it's far not enough

enhance shamans have a hit requirement of 0, since 9% hit from talents gives them capped special hit, hit only affects their white attacks wheras crit affects white and yellow damage
so hit is always worse than crit and AP

this is NOT true, but a shaman has a very low hitcap compared to other classes ;)

it's correct that there is no minimum, you get the minium from the talents, however 100+ is just fine for comfortable raiding hit ... you should never gem it or directly gear for hit tho

yeah coz ive been seeing espescially morphling has 13x.. but all of his hit comes from his gear.
