Yep, police in China has arrested 2 men for running a World of Warcraft gold farming operation and charged them with "unfair revenue distribution" (CHINESE READER ALERT - what in the world is "unfair revenue distribution"?).

The two men ran the operation for 7 months and earned 1.4 Million RMB (just over US$200,000). They had 20 computers and 20 employees (no shifts, I guess) and were based in Chengdu's Shuangliu county. The men were targeting The9's China-based World of Warcraft operation... I'm not sure if this makes their revenue more impressive or not.

are you serious? tbh, they're the clever ones. The stupid ones are the ones that buy it. It's so easy to grind a little gold but they're too lazy.

Though, they should do something about those wow gold/cheats spam characters..they get so freaking irritating. (Though i have noticed they are killing a couple of these characters that return to the same spot for spamming)

I don't mind gold sellers, i just hate the spamming in channels and whispering and so on. Tbh, this is also a stupid move from blizzard. Someone is spamming u, u will report him, he will get banned and then what? He will just make a new trial account and keep spamming ppl. I mean cmon. Why the hell is blizzard letting trial accounts posting in LFG or trade channels? What for? How can possibly a normal player on trial account use a LFG channel? I'm just saying, in this conditions, trial accounts r just spammers paradise.
