Alliance fury warrior race
Hello, I am rerolling a fury warrior on Alliance and I can't decide between Draenei and Human.
Draenei would give me a constant 1% hit, and a tiny boost of AP.
Human would give me +5 expertise if using swords or maces and a tiny crit boost. The +5 expertise would give me a 1,25% less chance to be dodged or parried.
Also I would be getting the 1% hit if grouping with a draenei warrior, hunter or palla, but I don't really like to depend on others to get my stats.
I would go for draenei so my dps remains as constant as possible, no matter what weapon I’m using or who am I in a grp with.
What do u guyz think i should roll? What would u roll?
Thank you in anticipation.

go for night elf and dodge -__-
dwarf just for the fact they look the coolest and have high starting stats
Such minor details won't make a difference on the damage meters plus you'll just be another noob who isn't prot, gl getting in a high end guild.
sounds like u got turned down and had to go prot my condolences
Nah i play lock. :)
Omg...i feel so embaressed...i changed my mind now, i'm going prot because ALL WARRIOS MUST PE PROTECTION OR THEY ARE USELESS. This is my second warr char, my first was an orc...managed to get attendence and respect in a high end pve guild, so if u wanna answer my post please do it regarding the subject and in a civilized way...no need for ur personal opinion here

I never said DPS Warriors are useless. They are usefull for extra debuffs/buffs, Demoralising shout and Battleshout for Melee dps groups. They can offtank trash and adds and have the ability to sustain high dps through long encounters due to not relying on mana.
Sorry i was abit drunk last night and didn't think it through much. My own guild uses combinations of Enh Shammysa/rogues/dps wars/ret palas as we run more melee dps based raids and i as i lock am mainly there just for my imp and heathstones.

Well that's totally diffrent :P Agreed. Imo all classes except prolly Retri palla(but that will change soon, after WOTLK)can bring a significant boost to the raid.
Well, i made up my mind and i'm going for Draenei since i like hit more than expertise and i like the looks more...done:)

Retri pala = 3% crit (imp JoC) and extra buffs/auras
plus the ability to offtank undead.
plus the ability to offtank undead.
oh and ret palas are good dps for trash due to trashes low hp working well damage wise to ret's bursting abilitys.
Night Elf PvP
Human PvE
Human PvE
night elf pvp? what are you smoking, and where can i get it?
I'd just like someone to mativat why they would go human for PVE...not just because i heard so. WTF...is expertise better in ur opinion than hit? Or is +.2 crit better than 10 ap? Just say smth noone was able to mativate his ''human for pve'' call yet. So please fayspire, u be the first one to do it.
Human for PvE definitely, and probably gnome for PvP.
Expertise works like hit rating; except it also effects yellow attacks, which hit eventually doesn't (past 9 %). -1.25 % to be dodged and parried is easily FAR superior to 1 % hit (I would personally still pick Human even if draenei's gave 3 % hit).

keep in mind that you will have a melee shaman in your group 100% of the time, thei will all be drenai so you get the hit aura in raids anyway. human is the way to go for pve, pvp its gnomes hands down. dwarf is decent in pvp too, but cant touch gnome in the long run
Soz to dissapoint u m8, but melee shaman gives 1% spell hit.
ah yea its true, ofc shaman get spellhit aura. kinda sad that they cant switch auras isnt it^^
Yep rly is, and to be honest it's sad that ppl wil prolly never choose a draenei warrior since dwarf or NE is so much better. So u can only get the hit bonus with a pally which again will prolly never be picked over human, that means that u must have a warr in ur group...:-? and u will prolly be that warr:P
Rember that the dranei racial is an aura so you actually contribute with 5% hit in total (assuming 3 rogues and a ench shaman in group), as for personal dps goes Human is probably a bit better but overall dranei will create the most overall raid usability.
the enhance shaman will notice a very minor difference to his damage from 1% hit and the rogues, in encounters where it counts, ie bt and up will already be hit capped, and since this guy obviously isnt in a super hardcore guild - they wont be getting the same setup each night so the rogues cant gear for 1% less hit. so basically the hit/expertise is all about his personal dps. and there expertise is far superior
