at the beginning protoss are the dominant race. as the players become better, zergs gain strength as the slight imbalance in zvp comes into play. in high end play (you need korean blood for this) terrans become playable and can own everything.

the problem with terran is, that they need a hell of mechanics. and only with high end mechanics they can fully control the battlefield. protoss are way superior in the beginning because of their high hp and damage, as well as their relative low cost (due to lack of macro of both players, a protoss player can spend his money far better). zerg do always need good skill to win, because they are just steamrolled by toss and terran early on.

Dont know which is best but protoss is for sure the easiest, meaning to be really good with protoss, you dont need as much skillas being really good with terran or zerg

Zerg is the best to play with, because you have so many options on how to attack your enemy. Usually vs a terran you want to try and get things that they cant see, such as upgrading to Lurkers because they do so much damage vs terran units. Also another great strat vs terran is MUTAS, if you upgrade muta attack times 2 and just have enough mutas, and know how to attack and run there stuff is pretty much one hit one kill.
Now for playing vs Protoss, this is the hardest for a Zerg player, because Protoss is very very tough race to play when you are a Zerg. Because what a Zerg is trying to do is end the game fast, reason for ending the game fast, is because we dont want to see templars coming out of the toss's base if that happens we know we are in trouble, same thing for reavers, If it does go into long game defiles and expanding is the way to go. Defilers , dark swarm help so much vs protoss its the one thing we really really need, if we dont use it vs a toss we will lose every game.
