Well I dont think that the towers were the reason why sky won.
I watched the 4th game and i think the reason why sky won was the unitcombo and the mk.
knights > headhunter and the mortas > shamans + docs
And i think the mk's bolt is dealing to much dmg .. :(
The paladin is kinda imba too. can heal everything and is most of the time invul.

the towernerf is a joke tbh, it only affects towers when they are build. but not guard towers when they are done. this only might stop towerrushes, but mass towers is still a pain.

knight with 3/3 upgrade (aka 11 armor) is really scary (not to mention inner fire can boost armor even more)

Orc goes very strong atm. no one can really say they dont.
Ud goes kinda weak atm. but can anyone say why?
Elf or (moon) wins alot aswell now so gg on that.

Now to a other fact :)

Today we have like 2-4 "top" humans. Sky/ToD and also infi/th000
And we have Grubby, Lyn, Who, thats 3 orcs.
then got Moon as the king of elfs.
But can anyone say whos the big shot of undeads today? Luci, susi, and reg always gets beaten early.

This sports need a new MaDFroG :(

I dont think it is autolose vs hu in 1.22, bad staff&cant make mass towers. ted strat and gargs will work well vs Fast Expand now.

put up 5 3/3 knights up against 5 3/3 bears or 5 3/3 abos or 4 3/3 taurens
i never tested this but i am 90% positive knight lose to any of these units

Nonetheless Lyn should've won on MV, he played really well mid game but in that big fight he forgot traps/wards/lust so it was normal.

1) masonry upgrades on towers should have been nerved slightly as well, most of all the gold upgrade is too strong.
2) knights shouldn`t have been buffed.
3) tanks should give more xp

It's retarded to try this anyway since it will never be a 3-3 upgraded knight fighting a 3-3 upgraded bear without any hero support or items, etc. I doubt for example that knights beat abos when undead has got his heroes (which he usually does) because frost armor, coil and nova bring kngihts down quite fast. (Human mas bolt + hl but the undead spells are more effective over all)

Hmm, in the last game i got somehow the feeling that Lyn should attacked earlier. He teched himself but waited till Sky completed his tech too and builded up an decent army... but well, im not earning money with this game ^^

But you see, no one really complains about orc beaing to strong against human. On the other hand many orcs have problem against human, so they see this Sky-Lyn-series as a reconfirmation of what they're experienced in battle.net - that's why I think your analogy was made up of thin air.

Playing against human is a bit scary these days xD
If I haven't finished off a human player in 13 minutes I start to get really nervous...the 3rd tier units and upgrades start rolling in and no matter how hard I play I always have a hard time beating them using any race. I think the combo of excellent base defense, great support units (priests, breakers, sorcs), and their hero combos really complement each other so well. I always watch replays of my losses vs HU players many many times.
As orc I have a really hard time beating them.
As NE it's a bit easier, especially on tavern maps, but usually my matches are very close.

UD is impossible for me. I can easily say 50% of the time I go up against pally + towers + 3rd tier 90 food army :]
