I would still say Lyn, WhO is also strong recently. Grubby has done well to win the 3 games against Sk but they are best-of-1. Grubby is the Prince of Orc atm, waiting to ascend the throne ;)

i think grubby is still gaining shape and the war against sk proved a few thinks
grubby gets better and better and going to mym was the right decision for himself and for the team mym itself because as we see in the current team leagues grubby is a very important player if not the most important player atm but luci is also very very goot atm so i don't like to judge about this :P
and i think lyn owns the throne .... but if lyn doesn't player better in the future and if his shape will not improve i think grubby will get better and becoming again the strongest orcplayer but right now you can't say he is again the best because there were/are too much bo1 games

Grubby still needs to show he can take down an NE on TR and also needs to show he can beat Sky / Infi mass gryphons style.
Still it is good to see a more competitive scene with Grubby training hard to improve. I think though that without practise in China against the previously mentioned styles it will still be very difficult.

Recently, Lyn showed the best results but I really want to see the next big 1on1 tournaments like ESWC :)
Grubby's shape is just not as steady as Lyn's I guess.

It's probably wrong to say that one single player is THE best orc player. I guess most of the players in this forum agree that Lyn, Grubby and Wh0 are the best orc players at the moment. But it all depends on shape and so on.

i'm a grubby fan as well but saying he = lyn or is better than lyn right now is a bit to much, then you totally take all credits from lyn for playing so dominant in 3/4/5 solo tournaments on a row, yeah he had a lot of ud's but he won tod, he won grubby quite clearly @ EM, he won the chinese tour vs moon etc seriously, you can't let that stand vs 3 bo1 wins, nevertheless great result by grubby and nice to see him playing so well, he deserves it

Point 1
Noooby: 4 wins 2 losses and 1 2v2 win
Moon: 2 wins 3 losses, 1 2v2 win
Luci: 1 win 2 losses and 1 2v2 loss
Susi: 2 wins 2 losses and 1 2v2 loss
Point 2 if you check the mym vs sk thread you will see that at comment no 7 or so(depending on replies) sevenofdiamonds said mym have 2 deflosses...interesting. Today this was repeated again (Thank god for lack of an edit button)
Point 3: MLW agreed to the above statement in the next comment.
Point 4: The two who defeated nooby are TH000 and Fly who both managed to defeat luci and we know are ridiculously good players
Point 5: Susi managed to defeat sase who did a 3 kill on WNV yesterday (including Xiaot and Sai..."two not so bad" players and moon as well) and Tod (who got reign remind and TH000)
Conclusion 1: Susi and nooby are the ones carrying MYM right now. Both came when their teams were down to the last player and won all their matches then. Susi also had to deal with pressure from this being the deciding match to move on and the two best players from Mouz

To establish that Moon's 15% is better than Nooby's 100% you need to show better tourney results. Now I must again ask:
Did moon perform better?
Option A: Yes he did. Hmm.
Please look at the statistics I have compiled above. Also please look at the ESL site player stats for the last season and the overall stats they have compiled. Also remember that Moon in the last season lost to wonderful players such as DNA as well as Naniwa I beleive (one in WC3l and the other in NGL).
Option B: No he is not. So well fire moon as per the above situation

The problem is that again you dont have much to support him in the last few clan wars. The reason why MYM are in the playoffs and now this tourney bracket stage is because of other players, susi and nooby, which means again....MVP for MYM. I must also say that all too often you just remember the person who scored the final point. But remember its not the final one but all of them which matter. If that were the case then it was Xlord who won SK the last WC3l

It is very empesive that Grubby won against 3 SK players of course, but Lyn did thinks like that in the past instantly I remember that he won against Moon 2 bo3's in a tournament where he came from the lowerbracket, and there nobody said that he is so great. Grubby gaining better in the past when it goes on imo eh will be the best player of the world we will see, just because he has so much experience and knowlegde about wc3. He just has to train and he can be the best!
