Okay this would mean that in korea vs korea games such as moon vs lucifer there would be flames and it's not the case. You wont find any flames in any korean replays or interviews. This proves that you're wrong.

Koreans don't flame because they are progamers. What's the point of shittalking someone when your most likely going to meet them on lan or need to practice vs them to get better etc, In a professional environment that kind of stuff is counterproductive, because you will only isolate yourself.
In europe etc there are hardly any progamers and the players take the game less seriously wich makes it much easier to flame since it won't have any consequences (Unless your Gravitas-Rob)..

All countries will have those that have bad manners and good manners. If we take this in a gaming pov, china would be the most mannered and least mannered, look at all those hardcore chinese wow players kidnapping kids and making them farm gold. While european/americans/ausie/nz get frustrated and flame, doesn't mean its bad manners but just means they lack the patient and get frustrated easier. then theres trolls that just go to forums for fun to flame that could be bad manners but what is bad manners? I think the best gamer to describe good manners is 4k.creo and fov

1.Any Asian Country from the very far east... every other country managed it to become famous a huge, flaming kiddie scene.
2.Most European/American country. In specific, it obviously mostly depends on the average age and education.
3.France... (that might be the point for me to get mass negative ratings on this comments at least IF I'M RIGHT because most france guy I met seemed to be very nationalistic in a insulting way)

It dont depends on nationality, it depends on the human element. But most of flamers i can find in my country and on the west of Europe. Asians are manner ppl cuz they dunno how to do that - to be a flamer :D
