connect and enjoy

I don't think installing a reg containing a path to wc3 E:\programme\warcraft is a good idea to any user have wc3 on c:\program files.

I won't install it before it becomes official because I don't wanna take the risk of not being able to connect to Northrend this week end for clan wars :) (unless you tell me I can get back to 1.21 by connectiong to Northrend)

the Autosaving option is awesome , even though could be better if was possible to save it something like that Accname(raceshort) vs Accname(raceshort)-Map or something hah

I use W3GMaster, it has an configurable autosave function. It works well, but you have to remember to launch it...

Orc still >> UD
I played rdm - orc against an UD and still I felt like I was doing anything and the UD (who didn't seem bad) couldn't do a shit.

You know the changes ? zig = 5armor necropolis =100 sec building time. If you think this really affects the gameplay you might have the wrong expectations.

I'm not risking downloading the patch. I tried the regedit and the patch started downloading but iirc regedits count as unauthorised access. They might not ban everyone, because with the widespread nature of the thing it'll be difficult to ban everyone who's used the server but I'm still not risking it.

You won't get banned for doing this. In fact your helping blizzard testing the patch, aslong as you give them feedback when something goes wrong.

To all people who don't wana test the patch: You don't miss anything. There are no new maps and the few Balance Changes doen't influence the gameplay for a normal player. I tried it and i'm back on my old server because ping is hardly playable and there is just nothing new to discover!
