I have a Razer Tarantula and I really like it. It was around your price range. Only problem I have with it is the material where you rest your wrist on whilst typing. It's not my type of material. I mean it's a nice piece of plastic, it's just I have dry hands all the time so my hands aren't exactly able to cling to it. I do say though, if it was made from the material at the top, I'd love it more than my copperhead ;D

Yeah but you can just remap the keys on the Tarantula to serve a different function. FOr example just make it like the same function as control. It won't do a thing :)

lots of pgs use $5 keyboard cuz they got like 300apm so the keyboard will be broken in 3 months or so.
but if you play mmorpg or fps games,these luxury keyboards mentioned above are cool.

what about logitech G11/15?

I use Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000, you need to get used to it in the beginning (because the keyboard is split in the middle) but then its a nice feeling to play for your hands ;)

i just take out the winows key every time out of my keyboards

well i dont need windows key so i disable it, ctrl+esc works better

I play war3 and i wanna choose between Steelkeys 6G and Microsoft Razer Reclusa. I really need your oppinion, on the internet i read only good stuff about how they like the keystrokes of the steelkeys 6g, and its bad part is there are no media keys or lightning. While i also read that the Reclusa has superb keys, its comfortable but fails in macro ( has 8 limit key press on the macro keys) . And thats why they call it its not like a gaming keyboard. THe 6g doesnt even have media buttons lol? And nobody even says that as a big dissadvantage, while the reclusa has those buttons and even macro keys, but cuz the macro keys aint so good as the logitech g 15 4 example, they say its not a good gaming keyboard, lol?? Are these reviews written by some huge WOW fans that need more macro keys? I dont really need those keys, but deffinetly would like to have media keys, and mb some other macro keys and lightning like the Reclusa. Can u tell me which of these 2 keyboards is more comfortable? I really ned ur oppinion. The price is also important, 6G is like 60$ more expensive than Reclusa.

i read very good stuff for reclusa n i think its as as comfortable as 6G and as responsive which is the most important thing, plus 2x times cheaper adn with backlight!
