Recently my 2 discs (Warcraft 3 ROC and TFT) died. They are no longer readable, R.I.P :(

ofcourse this made me really emo so i thought, wouldn't it be nice if you could download both games as a bundle for a certain price? it's kinda annoing to have to buy cd's that stops working after some time and then have to buy them again.

Considering WC3 has been of for a bunch of years, wouldn't it be kinda practical to download it for a "small" fee.

i guess you can dl it from any torrent site

I was using crack for a long time but when Blizz made it impossible to play bnet without the cd inside so I had to buy the game from a store xD

As far as I know Blizzard provides you new discs if yours are broken. All you need to do is sending in your broken discs and your cd-key. I suggest you take a look at the Blizzard Europe support-website.

Im not sure on all the details, but if you own a legit copy of the game, having an image on your computer is not illegal. Downloading the game 'illegally' isn't illegal if you actually paid for it.

Don't quote me on that as I really don't know the details. But if you've ever been to any ROM site, the same rules apply.

Very nice by blizz that they offer a no CD-Patch as part of the next patch :)

He said that the patch will be one of the more important things for blizzard and that they want to add a no CD patch before the gameplay patch will be released. "The no CD patch might already be finished at the 28th of january"

Same, I'm on my 5th battlechest currently, and my 3rd for SC xD

the best thing would be when the install.exe is free but the key costs money so there will be no more truble withe damn cd's
